Following the success of an outstanding Wavelength 2026 at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), we’re delighted to share that Wavelength will return in 2027—and planning is already well underway.
Wavelength 2026 was a fantastic celebration of collaboration, insight, and innovation. Hosted at NPL, the event brought together a vibrant community, sparked valuable conversations, and showcased the strength and momentum of the Wavelength network. The enthusiasm, quality of discussion, and shared ambition made it a truly memorable gathering, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us and contributed to its success.
Building on that momentum, we’re excited to announce that Wavelength 2027 will take place on Thursday 8th and Friday 9th April 2027. The event will be hosted by Ordnance Survey and held at Ordnance Survey HQ in Southampton. As the UK’s national mapping service and a leader in geospatial data and innovation, Ordnance Survey provides a fitting and inspiring setting for the next chapter of Wavelength.
Wavelength 2027 will continue to offer the mix you’ve come to expect: thought‑provoking sessions, practical insights, and plenty of opportunities to connect with peers from across the community. As always, the focus will be on meaningful exchange—sharing experiences, exploring challenges, and looking ahead to what’s next.
We’re pleased to share that registration of interest will be opening soon. By registering your interest, you’ll be among the first to receive updates on the programme, speakers, and registration details as they’re released.
For now, all that remains is for us to say how much we’re looking forward to welcoming you again. Whether you’ve been part of Wavelength for years or are joining for the first time, we can’t wait to see you on 8–9 April 2027 at Ordnance Survey HQ in Southampton.
